The second edition of the AI.Impact 23 IIT Bombay Workshop, focused on fostering collaborations for impactful AI technologies, was held at the Victor Menezes Convention Center in IIT Bombay.

The workshop, jointly hosted by Intelligence & Data Science (C-MInDS) and Applied Artificial Intelligence (TCAAI), encompassed a comprehensive program spread over two and a half days. It commenced in the second half of April 28, followed by a full-day session on April 29, ensuring adequate time for engaging discussions and knowledge exchange among the participants. The event brought together distinguished faculty members from IIT Bombay, industry experts, and aspiring researchers. Through comprehensive sessions covering diverse AI themes and research poster presentations, participants had the chance to exchange knowledge and ideas, fostering collaborations in the field. The workshop was well attended. We had over 200 participants and 30 speakers from Industry and Academia. AI.Impact 23 covered a wide range of themes in the field of AI, including ML/DL Foundations, AI/ML in Defense and Security, NLP and Speech Technologies, AI/ML in Engineering and Manufacturing, RL and Multi-agent AI, and Computer Vision & Image Processing. Each theme was carefully examined through various sessions, featuring distinguished faculty members from IIT Bombay and industry experts.
